Design & Develop Website for Lab EPS TOPIK Indonesia (LETI)

Lab EPS TOPIK Indonesia (LETI) is a course service designed to assist users in preparing for the EPS-TOPIK exam (similar to the TOEFL/IELTS for the Korean language). The goal of this project is to create a website that explains to users, about all the services available in LETI.

  1. The project deadline is 2 weeks.
  2. The logo is already provided and cannot be changed.
  3. Content still raw, need to build UX and copywriting
  4. There should be a class schedule feature for LETI with a CTA button linking to WhatsApp.
  5. Articles with several categories should be available for reading.
  6. The schedule and articles should be updatable by non-tech admins.
  7. The design should be responsive for desktop and mobile.

The Opprtunity

How do we convey information through the website about the career opportunities for users to work in South Korea?

How do we explain a general overview of EPS-TOPIK, and what should be done to prepare before join the real exam?

LETI's Leraning Class

How we explain the learning package, including class schedules and learning packages, to be easily understood by users?

Start With Figma Develop with WordPress

I work alone on this project, which can be quite exhausting, but the good thing is I have full control and it’s easier to manage all processes from content creation to development.

I start to build the web architecture and UI design with Figma, and then I develop it with WordPress, with additional editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator for creating visual designs.

Website's User Flow

Since I am the only person working on this project, I have to consider multiple perspectives. As a designer, I have to think about how to create good design, and on the other hand, I also have to consider how to make it easier to develop. Due to the tight deadline, the payment and registration features will be handled manually for now.

Mobile Friendly

The website can also be accessed from a mobile phone with an adaptive design. This ensures that both devices provide a good user experience, and everything remains the same.
